Showtime

Not sure, if this question has already been answered:

How does Showtime handle the usage of different audio and subtitle language definitions (default - default, yes or no; forced yes or no) in conjunction with the preferred language settings that can be defined in the Showtime options?

For example, I have defined English as Primary in Showtime, and I am playing an mkv with English and German, however, default is set to 'no' for English and 'yes' for German? I assume, if a stream has forced set to 'yes' it will be played, regardless of the Showtime settings...are there any defined rules surrounding the default mkv settings vs Showtime settings?
