Description
if someone want to delete multiplexes that don't use, it is annoying to select one when page is constantly refreshing. eg i have 158 muxes and i want t use only 8 of them and delete others. manually adding muxes works but hts doesn't find all services.

scratch this one. since thveadend has diable signal monitoring it is fixed. with new layout it will be all nicelly presented
