Make option in settings to choose:
TMDB Language.
Find movie using File Names or Folder Name.

I think Showtime could be modified to figure this out automatically.

but how about Optional Parameters language for example
if i need escription in my native language

Yes that's certainly possible.
I've started to look again at the TMDB implementation (and also how to integrate other databases)
It will soon be a lot better (and faster too!)
