Episode aware autorecording

Description
It would be nice with some mechanism to autorecord but not record the same episode/program twice.
If xmltv provides episode numbers its easy, if not some heuristic function to compare two epg records is needed.

To some extent this will now working, however for most XMLTV sources it will only work if the description does not vary. Trying to use titles is just to prone to false positives and I for one would rather have the occasional "extra" recording (which can be deleted) then have it miss something because I've tried recording two shows with the same title.
I will try and improve things over time, but that's the way it is for now.
