Add log in button to web page

Description
If you enable a user named '*' without admin privileges, you can get locked out of the admin area, as you will get logged in as this catch all user. The workaround is to remove the offending file from ~/.hts/tvheadend/accesscontrol/
A login button somewhere on the webpages would be better.

Not going to fix this, its perfectly valid to have an anonymous user account that has access to webui. If you then need to get into admin account, you need only prefix the URL with USER@.
