Hello,
please find attached a small patch including missing french DVBT Gex network multiplexes. (this list is going to slightly change in 2012-2013 when analogue TV is switched off in the region, but for now it is correct - and tested).

This should have been fixed with the latest version because the dvb-apps initial tuning files for france have been "updated".
For france DVB-T please use the auto-* files in order to find the muxes around your location.
