Description
I found a bug. I created user with right for webUI and DVR. When I logged to WebUI. I got right for watch TV (press button and watch tv by web). You find screenshot for attached.
Also If one user created a task for record a programm, another user can delete this task.
Also after record, TVheadend created a filename with symbol ". I have a problem for download this files from Windows.

The granularity of control doesn't allow for user A created recording so user B cannot modify it. I don't think that's likely to change. Maybe in the future but not any time soon.
As for the watch tv issues, this isn't actually an access control violation. On my machine I cannot access live streams if I don't have the streaming permissions. It's just an artefact in the UI, permissions aren't checked when building the display. While the bug is valid I don't think its likely to be high enough on peoples list to fix.
However if it really does bug you please re-submit.
