Apparently this bug has been fixed by today commit.

I'm not sure if this is related to another ticket, but they symptoms sound the same.

I have a recent git, and I still get the multiple recordings by autorec, due to EIT EPG updates.

Sounds like this might already be fixed and its very old so closing. If its still a problem please re-submit.
