Can't back to movie after pressing "home"

Description
While a movie is going on, while pressing "select" to get back on home, it still playing the movie (only sound) and we can't go back to it.
Don't remove the "home" feature, it'll be usefull to play music and get back to view some pictures

OK I see, it's working with the back icon, nothing happens with L1

I can confirm this issue.
When watching a movie and pressing select (home button) i return to the home menu.
Pressing it again does not take me back to the movie playing. It works If i use the < button
in the upper left corner.
If I have pressed select multiple times i need to press the < button multiple times to get back into the movie.

This is how it works by design. Good or bad. I dunno, but it's not really a bug.

You can back to move using O in joystick
