Description

Showtime does not detect default and/or forced flags for audio and subtitle tracks in MKV files.

Showtime will simply play the first audio track if the MKV file contains more than one audio track. It should detect which track has the "default" flag set instead. This also applies to subtitle tracks.

If a subtitle track has the "forced" flag set, showtime should enable this track by default (even if the "always try to select a subtitle" option is off in showtime). If the user does not want the subtitle, they can open the GUI and manually disable it.

The forced flag is not as important, but the default flag should be detected. I have to repack a lot of my files so that the preferred audio track is first, because showtime does not detect the "default" flag.
