Description
When streaming Half SBS mkv movies to showtime, the 3D TV will switch to SBS mode and will play the video fine. However, when you hit the 'triangle' button to bring up the playback options such as fast forward, subtitles, etc., the Showtime UI is stretched out and wraps on the screen. Would be nice if the UI can handle SBS mode but I'm not sure if that's possible.
How to repeat:
1) stream a Half SBS 3D mkv movie to a 3DTV (my case is Panasonic VT30) using PS3 Showtime 3.3.385 (3.4 rc)
2) put TV in SBS mode (if TV does not do it automatically)
3) while video is playing, choose triangle on controller to see the showtime overlay UI
Note: subtitles also messed up unless you create a 3D sbs subtitle using a tool like 3DSubtitler. Not sure if this issue can be fixed in the same way.
