Description
In Configuration->Tv Adapter->Service the play button is a link to rtsp stream.
on frontpage there is link to popup vlc plugin when clicking "play" on channels
Optimal solution would be consistency, "play" means vlc popup and in popup you can click somwhere to and play the rtsp link.
rtsp link is nice to have when watching on ipad. (popup does not work on ipad)

Hum i wanted to close this bug, as latest tvheadend does not even have rtsp links.

the rtsp support is not as good as it should have been. that is why it is not promoted to be used.
We would really like to have good rtsp support, so any patches to implement it in a beter way are always welcome.
