Description
A web interface for controlling showtime via an http interface from the network. It would be useful to control for example music playing without having the tv on.

Maybe just implement UPnP control part, and let people brought some apps from all platform (pc, smartphone, tablet)

Thanks, I think that having UPnP control will be even better than a web interface. Anyway I tried iMediacontrol with one of the latest versions of showtime, and the control is still not very good (sometimes ShowTime takes a while to appear, you just can play one song at a time, etc...). I don't know if it's a problem with the server or the client... if someone has some better suggestions than iMediacontrol

If you look at the #704, you can notice it says "near future". This function will be, but is not completely implemented
