HD channel streaming from tvheadend does not play

Description
All of the HD channels provided from tvheadend server does NOT play on ps3 showtime. In addition, by simply stop play, and select different SD or HD channel, the showtime fail to open any other channels. This can only be solved by exit showtime, and re-launch it.
The tvheadend server version is 2.12 running Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit.
The HD channel plays well in different client, e.g. win7 + chrome + watchTV window + vlc plugin
The HD channel coder does not have any impact on above issue, I have tested recording from all above HD channels, and play them through uPNP server, showtime can play all the video files.
