But on PS3, I can only adjust playback speed(not fast forward) to 1.5x, not like on PSP can adjust from 1.0x, 1.1x, 1...

I think this is a good feature and XMB Video on PSP support it.
Unfortunately, XMB Video on PS3 does not support.
